Return & Exchange Policy

At the RAMBOO, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know pet parents are busy, so we’ve made our return policy easy and convenient. 

Refund Policy Detail

If your furkid does not adapt or refuses to eat within 7 days of receiving your order — including circumstances where the trial pack has been opened for testing but remains largely uneaten — RAMBOO Pet offers a return and refund service under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility & Contact
   • Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the parcel at [email protected] with the subject “7 Days Food Refund Request”.
   • Include your Name, Order No., Phone, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging taken on the day received (with date/time shown).
2. Return Condition
   • The product must remain unopened, clean, and in its original packaging, including all gifts, accessories, and invoice.
   • Trial packs included in the bundle are complimentary samples for tasting purposes and will not be deducted from the refund amount.
   • However, all other items within the bundle — including main products, gifts, and accessories — must be returned completely for the refund to be valid.
   • Opened or partially consumed food (except the trial pack) or products exposed to hygiene risks cannot be returned for safety reasons.
   • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
3. Inspection & Refund
   • Returned goods will undergo a recorded video inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
   • If the package is intact and meets all criteria, a refund will be processed within 5 working days via the original payment method.
   • If any item is missing, damaged, or contaminated, RAMBOO Pet reserves the right to refuse or adjust the refund amount accordingly.
4. Rejection & Responsibility
   • Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant returns will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their own cost.
   • Refunds for installment payments will be subject to deduction of third-party transaction fees.
   • RAMBOO Pet reserves the right of final verification and decision in all refund cases.
