If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, Ramboo Pet accepts 1-1 exchanges/repairs for faults or we offers a full refund within 14 days from receiving your parcel. Kindly noted that purchased item must be returned in original condition, including packaging.
Refund Policy Detail
- To be eligible for this program, these steps must be taken:
- On the day that your order is received, take a picture of the products inside the package, and email our customer service at [email protected] with subject “14 Days Money Back Guarantee” and personal details. Name: 、Order No: 、Phone:
- Make sure the all of product and item is clean and it has not been exposed to any hygiene concerns.
- Make sure that the product and the outer box are not damaged in any way, and will not affect the second sale.
- Send us advising of your intent to return.
- Pictures must be provided as proof.
Pictures & Video:
- Any pictures and video that can prove your intention to return, such as:
- The product doesn’t work well due to a quality problem.
- The shipment is visibly damaged upon receipt.
*Date and time stamp must be included in all pictures provided
- If your application does not meet our return criteria, our customer service has the right to reject your request. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
- Using installment payment will incur a third-party payment platform fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
- Once approved, we will refund you the net purchase price (at the time of order) in 1 week, once the product has been returned to our warehouse we will conduct a full record video unpacking inspection.
- Customer will be responsible for the delivery cost of the whole return process.
- After 14 days of receiving your parcel, we will not provide refunds and we only accept 1-1 exchanges/repairs for faults.
