Warranty Description
1. 1 + 4 Year Pro Rata Warranty
2. Claims made within the 1st till 12th months warranty period (free of charge replacement) shall carry the balance warranty period as if the returned products.
3. Claims made in excess or after the 12th months’ warranty period [with the payment (subject to the discount given) made for the replacement shall carry the full duration of the warranty period. i.e. 60 months as if a new product is purchased, provided the same registration requirements are met for the replaced products.
4. Products damaged by human factors are not covered by the warranty.
5. Product accessories and consumables are not covered by the warranty.

The Butler 3L Feeder has a 14 day return policy. If for some reason you are unhappy with your feeder within the first 14 days following purchase just contact us to begin the return process. You will be given instructions for shipping the feeder back to us and once we receive the unit you will be refunded the cost less shipping. Shipping costs on all refunds are the responsibility of the pet parent.

I really like this feeder. It is my first one, so I have nothing to compare to, but it does exactly what I was looking for. The ability to change the portion sizes is really nice, and they step up pretty consistently. I would definitely recommend this feeder.

Quality materials and stainless steel bowl are a plus. That said, setting the portions and time were a bit frustrating; but once you figure it out…it’s great!

It's really nice since I'm able to set specific times feeding and portions and it gives sign that its close to being empty. It also records voices alright and it's loud enough that I can hear it from downstairs and gets my cats attention easily even when they are asleep in their box far from the stairs.

I bought this automatic pet feeder because my vet recommended one for my cat that is a bit overweight. It’s pretty easy to use. I like that there are meal time options and you can adjust portion size. My cats were weary of it at first but quickly got used to it and go running to it when they hear it dispense food. In a couple of months my cat has lost half a pound. Definitely recommend if you have an overweight cat or just a cat that likes to eat a lot and you constantly have to refill the food bowl lol. Wish I would have bought it sooner!
